Job status: Casual with view to Permanent part time Hours: 24 hours per week
As an Administration Officer you will be required to:
Support Supervisors and Sales team in printing any required documents
Answer telephones, capture leads and provide messages to relevant people.
Have exceptional communication skills showing professionalism to clients
Setting up forms and document templates where necessary
Assist with Work order creation and Job File management
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, e-mailing and filing
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems for all jobs
Keep the office and showroom clean and tidy
Order materials for jobs by creating Purchase orders once work orders have been developed by Ops Manager or Sales team
Following up on Purchases to ensure goods are delivered and invoiced correctly.
Assist with implementing new Project Management Software
Assist with updating costs and inventory control
Be proficient in General Clerical skills
Update policy and procedure manuals when required.
Have a very keen eye for detail and accuracy with efficiency
