Job Opening: Administration Officer

Position Description: Administration Officer

Job status: Casual with view to Permanent part time                  
Hours: 24 hours per week

As an Administration Officer you will be required to:

  • Support Supervisors and Sales team in printing any required documents
  • Answer telephones, capture leads and provide messages to relevant people.
  • Have exceptional communication skills showing professionalism to clients
  • Setting up forms and document templates where necessary
  • Assist with Work order creation and Job File management
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, e-mailing and filing
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems for all jobs
  • Keep the office and showroom clean and tidy
  • Order materials for jobs by creating Purchase orders once work orders have been developed by Ops Manager or Sales team
  • Following up on Purchases to ensure goods are delivered and invoiced correctly.
  • Assist with implementing new Project Management Software
  • Assist with updating costs and inventory control
  • Be proficient in General Clerical skills
  • Update policy and procedure manuals when required.
  • Have a very keen eye for detail and accuracy with efficiency
